I agree with Tyler G. I think that instead of being a hero, she should have just pled guilt instead of trying to be a hero. I guess she learned her lesson!

I think that the woman deserves her punishment. She is the one who didn’t do what she was told. I kind of feel sorry for her because she has to pay all that money, but I do think she deserves it. I don’t know how she is going to live off of the little bit of money she is now getting and still take care of her children. I guess maybe next time she will think twice about what she does on the internet.

I don’t think that having a myspace page is a good thing. Many bad things can happen over online conversations with strangers. I don’t have a page myself.

I did see it cuz how many times with different classes did I look t it and read it…I wondered how long b4 someone would call me down on it. I am NOT a typist. LOL

Just goes to show why proofreading is so very important.

At least she didn’t get sued for the 1,700 songs, but only the 24 songs. At least she doesn’t have to pay 3.6 million but two hundred thousand. My mom is the same thing as her single parent, (age is the same),two kids. my mom knows how it is being a single parent. Also, i would of told the judge that i did it i would not do it again.
